O Andalusian é um cavalo de Guerra de porte médio em Red Dead Redemption 2, com condução Padrão. É uma raça compacta e forte, reconhecível pelo corpo robusto, pela crina e cauda espessas e pela cabeça de aparência nobre. A raça é baseada nos cavalos Andalusian da Espanha, protegidos pela realeza espanhola na época em que o jogo se passa e raros nos Estados Unidos.
Como cavalo de Guerra, o Andalusian privilegia resistência e saúde em vez de velocidade pura. Ele tem boa saúde e mais fôlego, mas sua velocidade e aceleração ficam abaixo das de cavalos mais rápidos. Sua condução Padrão oferece agilidade e resposta moderadas, adequadas para viagens longas em vez de arrancadas rápidas.
Andalusians surgem na natureza e também podem ser obtidos em estábulos. Os exemplares Dark Bay e Rose Gray são vendidos em estábulos. No Modo História, o Perlino Andalusian pode ser conseguido de graça a partir do Capítulo 2, perto de Brandywine Drop, junto à cachoeira e próximo do primeiro "R" de Roanoke Ridge no mapa.

- ◆In the mission "Sodom? Back to Gomorrah", the last lawman on horseback is riding a Rose Grey Andalusian, but due to time constraints in the mission there is no known way to steal this mount.
- ◆In the mission "Honor, Amongst Thieves", Captain Monroe rides a Dark Bay Andalusian.
- ◆Prior to the horse's official release in the December 2019 update, the Perlino Andalusian was only obtainable through using the cheats "You Are A Beast Built For War" or "You Want Something New".
- ◆Though rare, it's possible for the Perlino Andalusian to accidentally buck themself and the player off the cliff the horse is located on while the player is breaking the horse in. This, along with the fact that wolves can spawn in this location as well, is why it is recommended for the player to be cautious when trying to obtain this horse.
- ◆In the mission "A Fisher of Men", Agent Milton can be seen arriving on a Dark Bay Andalusian.
- ◆Andalusians were ludicrously rare in the United States during the period the game is set, as they were heavily protected by Spanish royalty. They were also not considered worth smuggling in illegally, making their presence in the game wildly implausible- albeit not impossible.
- ◆The Dark Bay Andalusian has a stripe and snip, in addition to displaying sooty characteristics.
- ◆The Rose Gray Andalusian is a greying bay horse with socks, although the purple hue appears to have been overdone.
- ◆The Perlino Andalusian features a stripe and blue eyes.
