Rhino Tank, Grand Theft Auto V'de iki kişilik, paletli bir askeri muharebe tankıdır. Modern hafif tank olarak geri döner, motoru arkadadır; geniş bir gövdesi, sürekli paletleri ve bej çöl kamuflajlı askeri boyası vardır. Tasarımı özellikle taretinde Alman Leopard 2'den izler taşırken, ön kısmı Güney Afrikalı Olifant'ı temel alır. Gövde, farlar ve motor güvertesindeki ayrıntılar da başka modern tanklardan alınmıştır.
120 mm top, Rhino'nun saldırı gücünü belirler. Patlayıcı mermileri zırhsız araçları tek vuruşta yok edebilir ve zırhı ciddi hasara dayanır, ancak ağır patlayıcılar yine de tanka zarar verir. Paletleri, büyüklüğüne göre makul dönüş kabiliyeti ve arazide güçlü çekiş sağlar. Küçük araçların üzerinden geçebilir, daha büyük araçları ise kolayca itebilir, fakat katı nesnelere takılabilir. - ◆The Rhino may have gotten its name from a World War II era German tank destroyer, the Nashorn, the name being German for 'rhinoceros'.
- ◆Moreover, "Rhino tank" is a nickname for Allied tanks equipped with hedgerow cutting devices in 1944.
- ◆Leftovers of Rockstar North's Agent found in the handling files of (under "Jimmy vehicles" section) reveal that the vehicle was originally meant to appear in Agent.
- ◆The stated 1500 horsepower turbine engine is likely a reference to the Honeywell AGT1500 turbine engine which also pushes 1500 horsepower, found in the M1 Abrams tanks.
- ◆The tank shells fired by the Rhino Tank reuse the projectile model of the RPG.
- ◆Despite being a one-seater, the Rhino Tank actually has two seats, as defined in the game, but the passenger seat is inaccessible. The seat, however, does not allow the player to control anything or fire from the vehicle.
- ◆When a Rhino Tank explodes, the normally unopenable hatch next to the gunner seat (which is also unopenable) will be blown off, which reveals a metal pole inside (possibly a ladder).
- ◆There is a wrecked Rhino, along with several other wrecks, scattered directly east of Humane Labs and Research. This one is much larger than the drivable model (much like the Barracks Semi one, also much larger than the drivable version). Also, the hull hatch is basically a duplicate of the turret hatch (as it still features the gun mounting on it), as well as the left cabin from the drivable version.
