O Rhino Tank é um tanque militar de combate sobre esteiras, com capacidade para duas pessoas, em Grand Theft Auto V. Ele retorna como um tanque leve moderno, com motor na traseira, casco largo, esteiras contínuas e pintura militar em camuflagem desértica bege. O desenho se baseia sobretudo no Leopard 2 alemão, especialmente na torre, enquanto a frente segue o Olifant sul-africano. Partes do casco, das luzes e da grade do motor também remetem a outros tanques modernos.
O canhão de 120 mm define o poder ofensivo do Rhino. Seus projéteis explosivos destroem veículos sem blindagem com um disparo, e sua blindagem suporta muitos danos, embora explosivos pesados ainda possam avariá-lo. As esteiras permitem curvas razoáveis para um veículo desse porte e boa tração fora de estrada. Ele passa por cima de veículos menores e empurra os maiores, mas pode ficar preso em objetos sólidos. A metralhadora sobre a torre não pode ser usada.
Rhino Tanks patrulham o interior de Fort Zancudo, na parte oeste do mapa, e podem ser tomados na base. Em GTA Online, o tanque fica disponível para compra pela internet do jogo após o rank 70, por 10.000. O jogo emprega o Rhino como veículo militar blindado de Fort Zancudo e como tanque controlado pelo jogador para destruir veículos e enfrentar inimigos armados.

- ◆The Rhino may have gotten its name from a World War II era German tank destroyer, the Nashorn, the name being German for 'rhinoceros'.
- ◆Moreover, "Rhino tank" is a nickname for Allied tanks equipped with hedgerow cutting devices in 1944.
- ◆Leftovers of Rockstar North's Agent found in the handling files of (under "Jimmy vehicles" section) reveal that the vehicle was originally meant to appear in Agent.
- ◆The stated 1500 horsepower turbine engine is likely a reference to the Honeywell AGT1500 turbine engine which also pushes 1500 horsepower, found in the M1 Abrams tanks.

- ◆Despite being a one-seater, the Rhino Tank actually has two seats, as defined in the game, but the passenger seat is inaccessible. The seat, however, does not allow the player to control anything or fire from the vehicle.
- ◆When a Rhino Tank explodes, the normally unopenable hatch next to the gunner seat (which is also unopenable) will be blown off, which reveals a metal pole inside (possibly a ladder).
- ◆There is a wrecked Rhino, along with several other wrecks, scattered directly east of Humane Labs and Research. This one is much larger than the drivable model (much like the Barracks Semi one, also much larger than the drivable version). Also, the hull hatch is basically a duplicate of the turret hatch (as it still features the gun mounting on it), as well as the left cabin from the drivable version.
