ملاحظات اللاعب
بعد أحداث Cleaning out the Bureau، يتلقى Michael خبرا بأن Franklin عثر على Chip Peterson، المعماري الذي يحمل مخططات FIB Headquarters. ينتقل منظور اللعب إلى Franklin خارج موقع بناء Mile High Club في Downtown Los Santos. يقود إلى داخل الموقع، ويوقف سيارته بين مركبات العمال، ثم يتركها ليتبع Peterson من دون لفت الانتباه. يناول أحد العمال Franklin خوذة أمان بينما يتجه Peterson إلى عمق أكبر داخل البرج غير المكتمل.
يتعقب Franklin، Peterson عبر طوابق البناء ويستقل مصعدا للصعود في المبنى. في أحد المستويات العليا، يقترب من المعماري ويجبره على تسليم حقيبة Chip Peterson. يأخذ Franklin المخططات، ويغادر موقع البناء، ويتخلص من ملاحقة الشرطة إذا كان الاشتباك قد نبههم.
يحضر Franklin الحقيبة إلى Darnell Bros.، حيث ينتظر Michael وLester. يفحص Lester المخططات المعمارية لـ FIB Headquarters ويعرض طريقتين للدخول إلى المبنى. يختار الفريق بين الدخول عبر السطح أو تنفيذ عملية سرية باستخدام طاقم إطفاء، ثم يجهز الأفراد والمعدات اللازمة للخطة المختارة.

- ◆In the beta, the player could perform the mission in three different ways.
- ◆The first choice would be about assaulting the architect and taking the plans, as it currently is.
- ◆The second choice would be about taking a photo of the architect and his gay lover. The player would then use the photo as blackmail for the building plans.
- ◆The third choice would be about the architect being mugged. The player has to intervene and take the briefcase with the building plans.
