Architect's Plans

After Cleaning out the Bureau, Michael receives word that Franklin has located Chip Peterson, the architect carrying plans for FIB Headquarters. The point of view switches to Franklin outside the Mile High Club construction site in Downtown Los Santos. He drives into the site, parks among the workers' vehicles, and leaves his car to follow Peterson without drawing attention. A worker hands Franklin a hard hat as Peterson heads farther into the unfinished tower.

Franklin trails Peterson through the construction floors and takes a lift up the building. On an upper level, he closes in on the architect and forces him to surrender Chip Peterson's briefcase. Franklin takes the blueprints, gets out of the construction site, and shakes off the police if the confrontation has alerted them.

Franklin brings the briefcase to Darnell Bros., where Michael and Lester are waiting. Lester examines the architectural plans for FIB Headquarters and lays out two ways into the building. The crew chooses between entering from the roof or using a covert fire crew operation, then prepares the necessary personnel and equipment for the selected plan.
