Michael De Santa besucht Solomon Richards bei Richards Majestic Productions in Backlot City. Solomon erklärt, dass Meltdown ins Stocken geraten ist: Sein Star Milton McIlroy fordert über seinen neuen Agenten Rocco Pelosi mehr Geld, während Regisseur Anton Beaudelaire einen Nervenzusammenbruch erlitten hat und nicht weiterarbeiten will. Solomon bittet Michael, beide Männer wieder zur Vernunft zu bringen. Michael stimmt zu und fährt zu dem Gebäude in East Los Santos, wo Rocco Milton und Anton warten lässt.

Während der Fahrt warnt Solomon Michael, dass Rocco mit Ärger rechnet und die beiden verlegen wird, falls er einen Eindringling entdeckt. Am Gebäude landet ein Frogger auf dem Dach, während Rocco Milton und Anton mitteilt, dass sie bald abreisen werden. Michael dringt ein, ohne Alarm auszulösen, bahnt sich seinen Weg durch die Arbeiter und steigt zum Helipad hinauf. Dort stellt Gianni ihn, ehe Rocco mit einem weiteren Mann zurückkehrt. Rocco schickt den Bewaffneten weg und kämpft selbst gegen Michael. Michael besiegt Rocco und übernimmt den Frogger, in dem Milton und Anton sitzen.

Michael erklärt Milton und Anton, dass Solomon sie bei Meltdown zurückbraucht, doch keiner von beiden will zurückkehren. Er fliegt den Frogger wild über Los Santos, bis der verängstigte Schauspieler und Regisseur ihre Meinung ändern. Michael bringt sie zu Richards Majestic Productions zurück, wo sie zustimmen, die Arbeit wieder aufzunehmen. Anschließend geht er in Solomons Büro. Solomon bietet Michael eine Stelle als Associate Producer des Films an, und Michael nimmt an.

Wissenswertes

  • ◆This mission is similar to Fender Ketchup where the player must scare Johnny Sindacco and Rollercoaster Ride in which the player must scare Jane Hopper, a union boss. However both of them are purely about scaring a single individual in a land vehicle.
  • ◆Two workers at the club can be heard talking about how Rocco would burn down the club to collect the insurance money to benefit him. This is a reference as to how Rocco wanted to burn down Hercules and Maisonette 9 to collect the insurance money during the events of The Ballad of Gay Tony.
  • ◆Rocco's project of transforming the warehouse into a night club is first mentioned in a news article from the Daily Rag after the mission By the Book.
  • ◆Once the opening cutscene is finished, a black Coquette will appear in the parking lot just outside of Solomon's office. It can be used to drive to Milton and Anton's location. If the car is taken, there is a chance for it to appear at the impound garage at the Mission Row Police Station after the mission is finished, retrievable from there for $250.
  • ◆The subtitles say that "Anton and Milton are meant to be there", but Solomon says "supposed to be there".
  • ◆This was fixed in the enhanced versions of the game. However, couple of lines back, subtitles say "realied", while in the previous edition it was correctly spelled as "realized".
  • ◆If the player attempts to pull a gun during the fight, Rocco will stop fighting and berate the player for using such cowardly methods. Shooting him will fail the mission.
  • ◆This is because Rocco will appear in a later storyline mission and thus, if he is killed right here, it would cause a continuity error.
  • ◆The gold medal requirement "Can't touch this 2.0" is also present in the mission Complications (albeit without the "2.0" part). In both missions, Michael has to fight someone in hand-to-hand combat, and the aforementioned gold medal requirements require him to do so without taking damage.
  • ◆It is possible to reclaim the Frogger after the mission. If Michael's segment of the Vespucci Helipad is purchased before the mission starts, the chopper can be flown to the helipad and stored there once the mission is finished.
