Michael trifft Tom, ein Mitglied des Epsilon Program, auf einer Straße abseits des Great Ocean Highway westlich von Fort Zancudo. Tom wartet neben einer babyblauen Velum und erklärt Michael, dass Jimmy Boston das Flugzeug zum Sandy Shores Airfield gebracht haben muss. Michael steigt in die Maschine und hebt ab.
Michael fliegt die Velum quer durch Blaine County zum Sandy Shores Airfield. Nach der Landung auf der Landebahn verlässt er das Flugzeug und nähert sich Jimmy Boston, der in der Nähe wartet.
Jimmy fragt, ob Michael das Geld und das Flugzeug gebracht hat. Michael beantwortet beide Fragen mit "Kifflom." Jimmy sagt, dass er fast bereit sei, steigt dann in die Velum und fliegt vom Flugplatz davon.

- ◆Throughout the first part of the mission, the tune from the Epsilon Program's website is heard playing.
- ◆Jimmy Boston's F620 is parked by the hangar and may be taken once the mission is complete. His F620 features an unobtainable Epsilon baby-blue paint job, making this version unparalleled and unique.
- ◆In addition to this, sometimes, when restarting the mission by failing it at the start, the plane remains there and can be taken, it also sports a unique color.
- ◆If the player follows Jimmy Boston as he takes off with the plane, he will disappear as soon as he leaves the ground. This has been fixed in the enhanced version, in which the plane circles towards the eastern mountains, then turns and heads back to an area a little south of the airfield, then turns back to the mountains. It repeats this path as long as the player is watching.
- ◆This is the final mission for the Epsilon Program that doesn't require Michael to wear his Epsilon Robes uniform.
