Michael se reúne con Tom, un miembro del Epsilon Program, en una carretera junto a Great Ocean Highway, al oeste de Fort Zancudo. Tom espera al lado de un Velum azul claro y le explica que Jimmy Boston necesita que entregue el avión en Sandy Shores Airfield. Michael sube a la aeronave y despega.
Michael lleva el Velum por Blaine County hasta Sandy Shores Airfield. Tras aterrizar en la pista, sale del avión y se acerca a Jimmy Boston, que lo espera cerca de allí.
Jimmy pregunta si Michael ha traído el dinero y el avión. Michael responde a cada una de sus preguntas con "Kifflom." Jimmy dice que ya casi está listo, sube al Velum y se aleja volando del aeródromo.

- ◆Throughout the first part of the mission, the tune from the Epsilon Program's website is heard playing.
- ◆Jimmy Boston's F620 is parked by the hangar and may be taken once the mission is complete. His F620 features an unobtainable Epsilon baby-blue paint job, making this version unparalleled and unique.
- ◆In addition to this, sometimes, when restarting the mission by failing it at the start, the plane remains there and can be taken, it also sports a unique color.
- ◆If the player follows Jimmy Boston as he takes off with the plane, he will disappear as soon as he leaves the ground. This has been fixed in the enhanced version, in which the plane circles towards the eastern mountains, then turns and heads back to an area a little south of the airfield, then turns back to the mountains. It repeats this path as long as the player is watching.
- ◆This is the final mission for the Epsilon Program that doesn't require Michael to wear his Epsilon Robes uniform.
