Michael encontra Tom, membro do Epsilon Program, numa estrada próxima à Great Ocean Highway, a oeste de Fort Zancudo. Tom espera ao lado de um Velum azul-claro e diz que Jimmy Boston precisa que a aeronave seja entregue no Sandy Shores Airfield. Michael entra no avião e decola.
Michael pilota o Velum por Blaine County até o Sandy Shores Airfield. Depois de pousar na pista, ele sai da aeronave e vai até Jimmy Boston, que o aguarda nas proximidades.
Jimmy pergunta se Michael trouxe o dinheiro e o avião. Michael responde a cada pergunta com "Kifflom." Jimmy diz que está quase pronto, entra no Velum e parte voando do aeródromo.

- ◆Throughout the first part of the mission, the tune from the Epsilon Program's website is heard playing.
- ◆Jimmy Boston's F620 is parked by the hangar and may be taken once the mission is complete. His F620 features an unobtainable Epsilon baby-blue paint job, making this version unparalleled and unique.
- ◆In addition to this, sometimes, when restarting the mission by failing it at the start, the plane remains there and can be taken, it also sports a unique color.
- ◆If the player follows Jimmy Boston as he takes off with the plane, he will disappear as soon as he leaves the ground. This has been fixed in the enhanced version, in which the plane circles towards the eastern mountains, then turns and heads back to an area a little south of the airfield, then turns back to the mountains. It repeats this path as long as the player is watching.
- ◆This is the final mission for the Epsilon Program that doesn't require Michael to wear his Epsilon Robes uniform.
