BZ Gas Grenades

Lester Crest contacts Michael De Santa after the smart approach to The Jewel Store Job is selected. He tells Michael that a Humane van carries shipments of BZ gas grenades across the state for delivery to the airport. The grenades are needed for the planned robbery, and Lester directs Michael toward one of the vans.

Michael finds the Humane van on the freeway leading toward the desert and intercepts it. He can take control of the whole vehicle or force open its rear doors and remove the case of BZ gas grenades. The theft brings police attention, so Michael breaks away from the pursuit with the van or the cargo.

Once the police are gone, Michael takes the BZ grenades to Darnell Bros. in La Mesa. He delivers either the recovered cargo or the Humane van at the garment factory, then contacts Lester to confirm that the gas has arrived. Lester tells the crew that the preparations are complete.
