Player notes

Franklin Clinton reaches the ringing payphone at Legion Square in Downtown Los Santos and answers Lester Crest. Lester identifies Jackson Skinner, Facade's head of product development, as the target. Skinner has been selling customer data to the highest bidder, according to Lester. He tells Franklin that Skinner regularly seeks out a prostitute in La Puerta, and that watching her should lead to him.

Franklin drives to Mutiny Road in La Puerta and finds the woman at her usual pickup spot. From a distance, he keeps watch while she sends several prospective customers away. Eventually, she accepts a ride from a man in a convertible. Franklin recognizes the driver as Jackson Skinner and kills him before the prostitute can finish her business with him.

Franklin leaves Mutiny Road before attention gathers around the shooting. Once clear of the area, he calls Lester and confirms that Skinner is dead.

Trivia

  • โ—†Once Franklin has assassinated Skinner, the radio in his vehicle will be tuned to Los Santos Rock Radio and "Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake" by the Small Faces will always play.
  • โ—†Unlike the other targets in Lester's assassination missions, Skinner is the only one who actually fights back himself.
  • โ—†After the prostitute finishes giving Skinner her service, the latter will refuse to pay her and will knock her out. Skinner will then leave his car, stand around for a while, and walk away endlessly.
