In Strawberry, Franklin meets Tonya Wiggins, who explains that her boyfriend, JB Bradshaw, has abandoned his towing work because he is smoking crack. Their business is in trouble, and she presses Franklin to cover for JB. Franklin points out that he is not her cousin, despite her attempt to guilt him with that claim, but he agrees to help. Tonya joins him as he heads for JB's tow truck.
At the Davis Sheriff Impound, Franklin waits for Tonya and takes the wheel of the tow truck. Dispatcher Rodney sends them to collect a car left abandoned on San Andreas Avenue. As they reach the vehicle near Legion Square, Tonya explains what she has learned from watching JB work. Franklin lowers the crane, lines up the truck and secures the abandoned car to its hook.
Franklin tows the car back to the impound lot with Tonya beside him. She tells him to place it precisely in the marked drop-off area, and he releases it there. Tonya thanks Franklin, then calls JB to tell him that Franklin has completed his job. Confused, JB asks what job she means, and Tonya berates him for his laziness before ending the call and smoking.

- โThe Primo in this mission has bullet-proof tires, but it is hard to obtain as its doors are locked.
- โIf the player unhooks the car whilst the truck's right door is blocked by the wall, Tonya will react as if Franklin has stolen the truck.
