Pulling Another Favor

Franklin meets Tonya Wiggins outside the liquor store on Forum Drive in Strawberry. He tells her she looks terrible, and Tonya fires back, accusing him of acting as though he has outgrown the neighbourhood since he stopped smoking crack. Her anger gives way to another appeal for help. JB is still away from his towing work, and Tonya says they will lose everything without his job. Franklin reluctantly agrees to cover another tow for him.

Franklin drives Tonya to the Davis Sheriff Impound, where JB's tow truck is waiting. With Tonya in the passenger seat, he takes the truck out to an illegally parked vehicle at Lucky Plucker. The vehicle is sitting in a handicapped space, so Franklin backs the tow truck into position and attaches it to the rear. Its owner runs out as the truck pulls away, but Franklin leaves with the car in tow.

Franklin returns to the impound with Tonya and brings the vehicle through the gate. He pulls into the striped drop-off area, lowers the tow hitch and releases the car. The tow job ends at the Davis Sheriff Impound.
