Joaquín Arroyo is a Mexican outlaw with the Del Lobo Gang. He is wanted for murder, arson and robbery, and carries a Cattleman Revolver. A wanted poster in the Tumbleweed jail describes him as a 42-year-old man who is known to spend time in saloons in red-light districts.
During the epilogue, John Marston takes up Arroyo's bounty. Arroyo's last reported whereabouts place him at Solomon's Folly, an abandoned settlement in New Austin. John rides there to find the Del Lobo outlaw before the gang's intended robbery can begin.
At Solomon's Folly, Arroyo meets with his fellow gang members and plans the robbery of a train. John confronts the group and captures Arroyo alive. Arroyo leaves Solomon's Folly in John's custody.
