Milliken is an American prison guard employed at Sisika Penitentiary, under the Saint Denis Police Department. In Red Dead Online, he and Officer Jenkins escort several prisoners, including the online protagonist, in a paddy wagon for a work detail. A stagecoach blocks their road and armed men surround the transport. Horley orders the guards to disarm and have the prisoners released. Milliken and Jenkins comply, then leave the prisoners behind.
During Arthur Morgan and Sadie Adler's assault on Sisika Penitentiary, Sadie holds a wounded guard at gunpoint when Milliken confronts her with a Double-Barreled Shotgun. Arthur comes up behind him and forces him to surrender. Arthur keeps Milliken as a hostage while he and Sadie pass the prison guards, and makes the frightened guard apologize to Sadie for threatening her.
At the prison's fortified entrance, Arthur asks Milliken who runs Sisika. Milliken names Heston Jameson, but Jameson is absent. Arthur demands John Marston's release and makes Milliken count while the guards refuse to respond. Shaken and crying, Milliken begs them to bring John out. Once John is released, Arthur lets Milliken go. He runs back inside the prison as gunfire breaks out around the gate.
Trivia
- โIt is possible to kill Milliken during the shootout. This is easy to do if you get a Dead Eye shot on him.
- โHowever, killing Milliken will significantly lower the player's Honor.
- โIf the player uses mods to follow Milliken after he is released by Arthur, they can see him hiding inside the prison, to the right of the entrance.
