Franklin se reúne con Lester en Vespucci Beach después de que este le ofrece una oportunidad. Lester explica que obtiene beneficios invirtiendo en los rivales de una empresa antes de eliminar a una de sus principales figuras. Franklin duda del trabajo, pero Lester presenta a Brett Lowrey como un blanco adecuado. Lowrey dirige Bilkinton Research, cuyo fármaco Priapol ha sido relacionado con ataques cardíacos, mientras la empresa presuntamente ha sobornado a la FDA. Lester quiere que muera al salir del Von Crastenburg Hotel, en Richman.
Franklin va al hotel y vigila la entrada desde el otro lado de la calle. Cuando Lowrey sale, Franklin mata al ejecutivo de Bilkinton, disparándole o destruyendo su vehículo con él dentro. Abandona la zona y pierde a la policía si el asesinato ha atraído su atención.
Cuando está a salvo, Franklin llama a Lester para confirmar que Lowrey ha muerto. Lester dice que sus inversiones están dando resultado y que ha comprado una casa en Vinewood Hills como un activo tangible. Necesita que alguien viva allí por motivos fiscales, así que hace trasladar las pertenencias de Franklin desde la casa de Denise. Franklin celebra librarse de la casa de su tía al tomar posesión de 3671 Whispymound Drive.

Curiosidades
- ◆If the player switches from Franklin to either Trevor or Michael and then back to Franklin, it will instantly bring the player into the cutscene of Franklin being informed by Lester that Franklin has a new safehouse, and the game will introduce the player to Franklin's new safehouse.
- ◆Besides the news about Lowrey's death, there's also a news article from Daily Globe about a lawsuit against Redwood Cigarettes. This is a foreshadowing of the events of the next assassination mission.
- ◆If this mission isn't completed before doing Blitz Play, after the last heist setup for that mission, Franklin will text Michael and Trevor telling them to wait as he needs to do something for Lester.
- ◆After the mission, if Franklin returns to the entrance of his old house, Denise says it is now a place for feminine sexual arts, and tells him to go away.
- ◆After the mission, Franklin will still act as if he lives in his old house if Michael or Trevor linger near the entrance, set the building on fire, shoot bullets, or fire rockets at the property.
- ◆After completing the mission, if Franklin quickly drives to his aunt's house and enters it while on the phone with Lester, his room will be full of his possessions; when the phone call ends, the environment is quickly refreshed. After being refreshed, his possessions will disappear from his room and he will be locked and trapped inside the house.
- ◆If the player has not completed the missions Chop, The Long Stretch, and Hood Safari before starting this one, Franklin's white Buffalo S and green Bagger will still be located at his old house, but he can no longer enter it. Therefore, all three aforementioned missions are canonically completed before this mission.
