Franklin encontra Lester em Vespucci Beach depois que ele lhe oferece uma oportunidade. Lester explica que lucra apostando nos concorrentes de uma empresa antes de eliminar uma de suas figuras mais importantes. Franklin se incomoda com o serviço, mas Lester apresenta Brett Lowrey como um alvo adequado. Lowrey dirige a Bilkinton Research, cujo remédio Priapol foi ligado a ataques cardíacos, enquanto a empresa teria subornado a FDA. Lester quer que ele morra ao sair do Von Crastenburg Hotel, em Richman.
Franklin segue para o hotel e observa a entrada do outro lado da rua. Quando Lowrey aparece, Franklin mata o executivo da Bilkinton, seja atirando nele ou destruindo seu veículo com ele dentro. Ele deixa a área e despista a polícia caso o assassinato tenha chamado sua atenção.
Depois de escapar, Franklin liga para Lester e confirma a morte de Lowrey. Lester diz que os investimentos dos dois estão rendendo e que comprou uma casa em Vinewood Hills como um bem concreto. Ele precisa de alguém morando lá por motivos fiscais, então manda levar os pertences de Franklin da casa de Denise. Franklin fica feliz por se livrar da casa da tia ao tomar posse de 3671 Whispymound Drive.

Curiosidades
- ◆If the player switches from Franklin to either Trevor or Michael and then back to Franklin, it will instantly bring the player into the cutscene of Franklin being informed by Lester that Franklin has a new safehouse, and the game will introduce the player to Franklin's new safehouse.
- ◆Besides the news about Lowrey's death, there's also a news article from Daily Globe about a lawsuit against Redwood Cigarettes. This is a foreshadowing of the events of the next assassination mission.
- ◆If this mission isn't completed before doing Blitz Play, after the last heist setup for that mission, Franklin will text Michael and Trevor telling them to wait as he needs to do something for Lester.
- ◆After the mission, if Franklin returns to the entrance of his old house, Denise says it is now a place for feminine sexual arts, and tells him to go away.
- ◆After the mission, Franklin will still act as if he lives in his old house if Michael or Trevor linger near the entrance, set the building on fire, shoot bullets, or fire rockets at the property.
- ◆After completing the mission, if Franklin quickly drives to his aunt's house and enters it while on the phone with Lester, his room will be full of his possessions; when the phone call ends, the environment is quickly refreshed. After being refreshed, his possessions will disappear from his room and he will be locked and trapped inside the house.
- ◆If the player has not completed the missions Chop, The Long Stretch, and Hood Safari before starting this one, Franklin's white Buffalo S and green Bagger will still be located at his old house, but he can no longer enter it. Therefore, all three aforementioned missions are canonically completed before this mission.
