El Nagasaki Buzzard es un helicóptero ligero de patrulla para cuatro ocupantes en Grand Theft Auto V y Grand Theft Auto Online. Es la versión sin armas del Buzzard Attack Chopper, sin las pequeñas alas ni la caja de munición trasera. Acabado en negro, lleva la matrícula "N230MP" y un pequeño panel central de instrumentos de vuelo. Está concebido para el Los Santos Police Department, aunque NOOSE también lo opera.
El Buzzard incorpora una cámara y un foco de búsqueda, pero el foco queda fijo en lugar de seguir a un objetivo. Su motor trasero mueve un rotor principal de cinco palas, con ascenso rápido y un sonido de rotor agudo. Iguala la velocidad y el manejo ágil del Buzzard Attack Chopper, pero resulta más estable y gira en guiñada y cabeceo con mayor rapidez. No lleva armamento instalado, aunque los pasajeros pueden disparar sus propias armas.
En Grand Theft Auto V, el Buzzard puede aparecer en South Los Santos, Rancho y Davis Avenue, o sobre comisarías cerca del Towing Impound Lot y en Mission Row. A veces patrulla South Los Santos de noche, recorre el Los Santos River durante el día y persigue a jugadores buscados con tripulaciones de NOOSE. En Grand Theft Auto Online también aparece en comisarías y patrullas, y el Road Captain de un Motorcycle Club puede solicitarlo para uso del club por $1,000. Se usa en trabajos de Air Freight Cargo, reparto de panfletos de Nightclub, Survivals, preparativos de golpes y persecuciones enemigas.

- ◆As with the Buzzard Attack Chopper from The Ballad of Gay Tony, the name "Buzzard" may be a reference to the "Buzzard 1" callsign for the Police Maverick helicopter, heard during the GTA San Andreas mission, "Reuniting the Families".
- ◆The name may also be a reference to the AH/MH-6 Little Bird Attack Helicopter, as a Buzzard is a type of bird.
- ◆There is a "Los Santos Police" stencil within the texture file, but is not mapped on the model.
- ◆The helicopter lacks the red and green navigation lights on either side. This is likely a developer oversight, as the armed variant has the red and green lights on the stub wings.
- ◆During early Rockstar Games announcements for the Smuggler's Run update, there was an image of a red Buzzard mislabeled as the Havok.
