El Cuban 800 de Western Company es un monoplano bimotor de hélice para dos ocupantes, perteneciente a la clase de aviones. Su fuselaje, tren de aterrizaje, góndolas de motor y depósitos alares siguen muy de cerca a una avioneta bimotor real, mientras que la cola toma rasgos de otros diseños reales. Aparece en blanco con detalles plateados o azules, azul y blanco, y rojo y blanco. Lleva una pequeña bodega de carga y su nombre figura en el timón.
Elitás Travel vende el Cuban 800 por $240,000. En Grand Theft Auto V puede aparecer en Sandy Shores Airfield, cerca de Fort Zancudo, fuera del hangar de Michael y sobre el Alamo Sea. Trevor también puede aparecer pilotando uno negro sobre Redwood Lights Track. Un ejemplar comprado puede guardarse en el hangar de Trevor y emplearse en Arms Trafficking Air. En Nervous Ron, Trevor y Ron roban Cuban 800 cargados de armas, llevan el cargamento a Oscar Guzman cerca de Lago Zancudo y regresan a McKenzie Field con los aviones. Trevor usa otro para llegar a North Yankton en Bury the Hatchet.
Sus dos motores de pistón permiten que siga en el aire cuando falla uno, aunque pierde velocidad y control y se inclina hacia el lado del motor averiado. Es resistente, pero su peso hace que el morro baje constantemente y que pierda altura con rapidez en vuelo invertido. Resulta más adecuado para vuelos tranquilos que para maniobras exigentes o bombardeos eficientes. - ◆Leftovers of Rockstar North's Agent found in the handling files of (under "Jimmy vehicles" section) reveal that the plane was originally meant for Agent.
- ◆The name is a likely reference to the Cuban Eight aerobatic flight figure-eight maneuver. It can also be a reference to the fact that small twin-engined planes such as this one are frequently used for smuggling drugs and other illegal merchandise in and around Cuba, Central America, and South America. This will explain its use in Arms Trafficking side missions.
- ◆The propellers on the plane are counter-rotating, in that they turn in opposite directions. This is quite unusual for General aviation twin engine aircraft, since both propellers usually turn right.
- ◆The Elitás Travel description of the plane states that the plane is worth $32,000. This contradicts with the actual price of the plane, which is $240,000. This has been fixed in GTA Online.
- ◆Prior to the San Andreas Flight School Update, the Cuban 800 will be all black when purchased from Elitás Travel.
- ◆A Cuban 800 can be rarely found (locked) inside the Vapid Hangar at the McKenzie Airfield, in the red livery that Trevor uses for the Arms Trafficking side missions.
