El Western Company Duster es un biplano de cabina abierta y dos plazas, diseñado para fumigar cultivos. Lleva un sistema de pesticida bajo las alas y solo aparece con un acabado viejo y oxidado. La mayor parte del fuselaje y las alas usa el color primario, mientras que el morro, los laterales y los grandes soportes entre las alas reciben el secundario. La franja en forma de V sobre el ala superior no cambia al repintarlo.
En Grand Theft Auto V y Grand Theft Auto Online, Elitás Travel vende el Duster por $275,000. En San Andreas se le puede ver sobrevolando Grapeseed, y a veces aterriza en McKenzie Field Hangar o Sandy Shores Airfield. Tras completar todas las lecciones de Flight School, puede aparecer un Duster, normalmente rojo, en el extremo occidental de Marina Drive, en Grand Senora Desert, junto al Alamo Sea. En la versión mejorada de GTA Online se guarda en un Hangar como aeronave Pequeña.
El Duster es el avión de ala fija más lento del juego, aunque se maneja bien en el aire. Necesita una pista larga y tarda en despegar. El pesticida que expulsa no daña a nadie ni atrae a la policía. Trevor usa un Duster amarillo para seguir el Cargo Plane de Merryweather en "Minor Turbulence", antes de estrellarlo contra la bodega. En "Fooligan Job: Crop Dustin'", un Duster robado a los Rednecks fumiga plantaciones de marihuana marcadas, y otro participa en un lanzamiento aéreo durante una misión de robo de Acid Product.

- ◆When Michael, Trevor or Franklin fly the Duster, they will wear antique flying goggles and a leather hat.
- ◆The Heists update for GTA Online allows the players to purchase the same hat and goggles for their online protagonist from any clothing shop.
- ◆In the first trailer, the Duster can be seen spraying pesticides, similar to the Cropduster in GTA San Andreas. Despite this, it is only possible in GTA Online.
- ◆Like the Cropduster in GTA San Andreas, pesticides are ejected from the rear instead of from the wings.
- ◆The Duster is referred to as a "Cropduster" by Trevor in the mission Minor Turbulence.
- ◆Sometimes, when playing Minor Turbulence, Trevor may answer the Merryweather that his Duster was manufactured in 1989, yet the Elitás Travel page describes it as a plane produced in the 1930s and 40s. This is most likely an oversight, as the plane it is based on, the Stearman PT-17, was manufactured in the 30s-40s.
