Western Company Duster представляет собой двухместный биплан с открытой кабиной, предназначенный для обработки полей. Под его крыльями установлена система распыления пестицидов, а появляется он только в состаренном, ржавом виде. Основной цвет покрывает большую часть фюзеляжа и крыльев, вторичный достаётся носу, бокам и крупным стойкам между крыльями. V-образная полоса на верхнем крыле не меняется при перекраске.
В Grand Theft Auto V и Grand Theft Auto Online Duster продаётся в Elitás Travel за $275,000. В San Andreas его можно увидеть над Grapeseed, а иногда он садится у McKenzie Field Hangar или Sandy Shores Airfield. После прохождения всех уроков Flight School обычно красный Duster может появиться на западном конце Marina Drive в Grand Senora Desert, у Alamo Sea. В улучшенной версии GTA Online он хранится в Hangar как малый самолёт.
Duster является самым медленным самолётом с неподвижным крылом в игре, но хорошо управляется в воздухе. Для взлёта ему нужна длинная полоса, и он набирает высоту не сразу. This is most likely an oversight, as the plane it is based on, the Stearman PT-17, was manufactured in the 30s-40s.
