Shamal, двухдвигательный моноплан Buckingham, сочетает облик бизнес-джета с ролью регионального пассажирского самолета. В Grand Theft Auto V он перевозит только одного человека и имеет полностью проработанный салон с коричневой и светло-коричневой кожаной отделкой. Самолет встречается только в цвете Ice White, с ливреями MyFly, Air Emu, Air Herler или FlyUS. Полосы авиакомпаний нанесены на фюзеляж, винглеты, двигатели и хвост.
Его можно купить в Elitás Travel за $1,150,000. Shamal стоят в нескольких местах Los Santos International Airport, в том числе рядом с Luxor в юго-восточной части и севернее взлетных полос, возле ангара Devin Weston. Самолеты под управлением ИИ садятся на северную полосу и могут припарковаться у Jets или перед ангаром Michael. В редких случаях Shamal появляется над Palomino Highlands либо Lake Vinewood, но захватить его нельзя.
Два двигателя обычно делают Shamal быстрее винтовых самолетов, а сбалансированное и отзывчивое управление упрощает посадку на полосах. Он быстро входит в крутые виражи и выполняет aileron roll, поэтому подходит для гонок и воздушной акробатики в руках умелого пилота. В Caida Libre поврежденный во время погони Shamal Air Emu разбивается возле Senora Freeway. У обломков оторвана входная дверь, повреждено правое крыло, а левый двигатель остается открытым.

- ◆In the enhanced version of the game, the Shamal was changed after the After Hours update. For reasons unknown, every livery for the Shamal with the exception of MyFly were removed, resulting in a contradiction in Caida Libre where an Air Emu livery Shamal is meant to appear instead. These liveries were restored with the following update, Arena War, claiming they were accidentally removed.
