Shamal

The Shamal is a Buckingham twin-engine monoplane that combines the form of a business jet with the role of a regional commuter aircraft. In Grand Theft Auto V, it carries a single occupant and has a fully modelled cabin finished in brown and tan leather. It appears only in Ice White, wearing the markings of MyFly, Air Emu, Air Herler or FlyUS. Its airliner stripes extend across the fuselage, winglets, engines and tail.

It can be bought from Elitás Travel for $1,150,000. Shamals are parked around Los Santos International Airport, including beside a Luxor in the southeast area and north of the runways near Devin Weston's hangar. AI-operated examples land on the northern runway and may park near the Jets or outside Michael's hangar. A rare aircraft can also be seen above Palomino Highlands or Lake Vinewood, though it cannot be taken over.

The twin engines make the Shamal generally faster than propeller-driven planes, while its responsive, balanced controls make it easy to land on runways. It can turn sharply and roll quickly, allowing a capable pilot to use it in races and aerial stunts. In Caida Libre, a damaged Air Emu Shamal pursued during the mission crashes near the Senora Freeway. Its detached access door, damaged right wing and exposed left engine remain on the wreck.
