O Western Company Duster é um biplano de cabine aberta para duas pessoas, feito para pulverização agrícola. A aeronave leva equipamento de pesticida sob as asas e só aparece com aspecto envelhecido e enferrujado. A maior parte da fuselagem e das asas recebe a cor primária, enquanto o nariz, as laterais e os grandes suportes entre as asas usam a cor secundária. A marca em V na asa superior permanece fixa mesmo após uma repintura.
Em Grand Theft Auto V e Grand Theft Auto Online, o Duster custa $275,000 na Elitás Travel. Em San Andreas, ele pode ser visto voando sobre Grapeseed e às vezes pousa no McKenzie Field Hangar ou no Sandy Shores Airfield. Depois de concluir todas as aulas da Flight School, um Duster geralmente vermelho pode aparecer no extremo oeste da Marina Drive, no Grand Senora Desert, perto do Alamo Sea. Na versão melhorada de GTA Online, ele fica guardado em um Hangar como aeronave Pequena.
O Duster é a aeronave de asa fixa mais lenta do jogo, mas tem boa resposta no ar. Precisa de uma pista longa e demora para decolar. Seu pesticida não fere pessoas nem chama a atenção da polícia. - ◆Sometimes, when playing Minor Turbulence, Trevor may answer the Merryweather that his Duster was manufactured in 1989, yet the Elitás Travel page describes it as a plane produced in the 1930s and 40s. This is most likely an oversight, as the plane it is based on, the Stearman PT-17, was manufactured in the 30s-40s.
