El Weeny Issi es un descapotable de lona, dos puertas y dos plazas de la clase Compacts. Su carrocería pequeña y estrecha, su corta distancia entre ejes y su baja altura toman elementos del estilo de los compactos reales, con faros redondos, molduras cromadas y techo de tela retráctil. El color principal cubre gran parte de la carrocería y las costuras del interior, mientras que el secundario forma una franja sobre el capó. Lleva llantas de cinco radios e insignias Weeny.
Un motor de cuatro cilindros en línea con supercargador le da al Issi un sonido particular y un rendimiento vivo para su poco peso. Se mueve con agilidad por calles estrechas, frena con fuerza y toma muy bien las curvas, aunque puede sobrevirar en giros lentos. La dirección sensible provoca trompos a gran velocidad, y las cuestas dejan ver su potencia limitada. Figura entre los Compacts más fuertes en manejo y velocidad punta, superando a menudo al Panto y al Blista, pero el Panto acelera más. En Los Santos aparece cerca de Del Perro Beach, Pillbox Hill y Mirror Park, donde lo conducen hipsters, y también puede estar junto a la casa de Michael en Rockford Hills cuando Tracey está en casa. Una unidad más rara se encuentra junto a la posada cercana a Sandy Shores Airfield. Tracey De Santa posee un Issi amarillo y Beverly Felton tiene uno rojo.
