La Weeny Issi è una cabriolet soft-top a due porte e due posti della classe Compacts. La carrozzeria piccola e stretta, il passo corto e la linea del tetto bassa richiamano lo stile delle auto compatte del mondo reale, con fari circolari, finiture cromate e un tetto in tessuto retrattile. Il colore della carrozzeria ricopre gran parte degli esterni e le cuciture degli interni, mentre un colore secondario forma una striscia sul cofano. Utilizza cerchi a cinque razze e porta i badge Weeny.
Un quattro cilindri in linea sovralimentato dona alla Issi un suono vivace e prestazioni reattive grazie al peso ridotto. È agile nelle strade strette, frena con forza e affronta molto bene le curve, anche se può sovrasterzare nelle svolte più lente. Lo sterzo sensibile la rende incline ai testacoda ad alta velocità, mentre la guida in salita mette in evidenza la sua potenza limitata. È tra le Compacts più valide per maneggevolezza e velocità massima, davanti alla Panto e alla Blista in molte situazioni, ma la Panto accelera più energicamente. Le collisioni la deformano facilmente e possono piegarne le ruote o staccare pannelli della carrozzeria.
Southern San Andreas Super Autos vende la Issi per $18,000 in Grand Theft Auto V e Grand Theft Auto Online. A Los Santos, compare nei dintorni di Del Perro Beach, Pillbox Hill e Mirror Park, dove viene guidata dagli hipster, e può essere trovata anche vicino alla casa di Michael a Rockford Hills quando Tracey è in casa. Un esemplare più raro compare accanto alla locanda vicino a Sandy Shores Airfield. Tracey De Santa possiede una Issi gialla, mentre Beverly Felton ne ha una rossa.
