A cor primária cobre boa parte da carroceria e as costuras internas, enquanto a secundária forma uma faixa no capô. Ele usa rodas de cinco raios e leva os emblemas da Weeny.
Um motor de quatro cilindros em linha com supercharger dá ao Issi um som característico e bom desempenho para seu baixo peso. Ele é ágil em ruas apertadas, freia bem e faz curvas com muita eficiência, embora possa sair de traseira em curvas lentas. A direção sensível favorece rodadas em alta velocidade, e as subidas revelam sua potência limitada. Está entre os Compacts mais fortes em dirigibilidade e velocidade final, geralmente superando Panto e Blista, mas o Panto acelera mais.
