En Shady Belle, Simon Pearson pide a Arthur Morgan que lo acompañe a los pantanos cercanos al campamento para buscar cangrejos de río. Arthur sube a la barca con Pearson, y ambos reman hacia el este por Bayou Nwa, en Lemoyne, hasta llegar a la línea de árboles.
Dejan la barca y Pearson conduce a Arthur por el pantano. Arthur busca en las aguas poco profundas y recoge cangrejos de río mientras Pearson espera cerca. Cuando han reunido unos cuantos, Pearson ve caimanes en la zona y propone llevarse huevos de sus nidos.
Pearson distrae a los caimanes para que Arthur pueda registrar los alrededores en busca de huevos. Arthur los recoge, vuelve a la barca con Pearson y rema por el bayou de regreso a Shady Belle. Ya en el campamento, Arthur le entrega a Pearson uno de los huevos de caimán.

Curiosidades
- ◆You can also kill the gators instead of waiting for Pearson to distract them. They will charge at the player so you may need special ammo to kill them quickly. Pearson will be angry and wait for you at the boat, however the mission will still proceed as though you followed Pearson's instructions.
- ◆If you have completed Algernon Wasp's mission "Duchesses and other Animals" which involves collecting gator eggs, Arthur will note they have met already.
- ◆The player can collect up to 11 gator eggs, but at the end of the mission, one will automatically be given to Pearson from their collection.
