Otis Miller's Revolver es un Schofield Revolver poco común de Red Dead Redemption 2. El arma está disponible desde el comienzo del epílogo. Una búsqueda del tesoro lleva a Rattlesnake Hollow, en el norte de Cholla Springs, al oeste de Twin Rocks. Otis Miller's Revolver se encuentra dentro de una cueva allí. No se compra a un armero ni se recibe de otro personaje.
Otis Miller's Revolver carga seis balas y permite llevar hasta 100 balas de Revolver Ammo. Puede usar munición de revólver Regular, High Velocity, Split Point, Express y Explosive. Como revólver, se emplea como un arma corta de seis disparos, y el tipo de munición elegido determina las balas que se cargan.

- ◆According to the HUD icon, it is possible the revolver was originally intended to have a short barrel.
- ◆It is possible to collect the revolver before the Epilogue, during the mission "Angelo Bronte, A Man of Honor". During the escape from the graveyard, the player must alert and evade the law and then they can head to New Austin since the invisible sniper will be disabled. It is only possible to do this glitch on version 1.0.0, though other methods of acquiring it have since been discovered.
