La Grotti Stinger è una gran turismo Sports Classics a due porte e due posti in Grand Theft Auto V e Grand Theft Auto Online. La sua linea trae forte ispirazione dai modelli Ferrari degli anni Sessanta, con ulteriori influenze delle sportive italiane. Un paraurti cromato a tutta larghezza, fari circolari sovrapposti, parafanghi curvi e finiture cromate le conferiscono un design d'epoca pensato per le strade aperte. Sul retro sono presenti i badge Grotti e "Stinger V8".
L'abitacolo rielabora gli interni della Banshee con strumenti neri, supporto con effetto legno ed emblemi Grotti. La Stinger è disponibile con capote morbida oppure senza tetto, e Los Santos Customs può passare da una configurazione del tetto all'altra. Il colore della carrozzeria copre l'esterno, mentre il colore scelto all'acquisto determina anche quello delle cuciture interne. Le cuciture non possono essere modificate separatamente.
In Grand Theft Auto V e Grand Theft Auto Online, la Stinger costa $1,000,000 e può essere acquistata con o senza tetto. Ha l'accelerazione e la velocità più elevate tra le Sports Classics, eguagliando diverse coupé sportive nelle prestazioni in rettilineo. Ad alta velocità può sovrasterzare, sbandare con il posteriore o allargare la traiettoria in curva, mentre la frenata richiede più tempo del previsto.
