El Grotti Stinger es un gran turismo de dos puertas y dos plazas de la clase Sports Classics en Grand Theft Auto V y Grand Theft Auto Online. Su diseño toma gran parte de su aspecto de modelos Ferrari de los años 1960, junto con influencias de otros deportivos italianos. El parachoques cromado de lado a lado, los faros redondos apilados, los guardabarros curvos y las molduras cromadas le dan una apariencia clásica.
El habitáculo adapta el interior del Banshee, con indicadores negros, paneles de efecto madera y emblemas Grotti. El Stinger se ofrece con capota de lona o sin techo, y Los Santos Customs permite cambiar entre ambas configuraciones. El color principal cubre la carrocería, mientras que el color elegido al comprarlo también fija el de las costuras interiores. Estas costuras no se pueden modificar por separado.
En Grand Theft Auto V y Grand Theft Auto Online, el Stinger cuesta $1,000,000 y se puede comprar con o sin techo. Tiene la mejor aceleración y velocidad entre los Sports Classics, y su rendimiento en recta está a la altura de varios cupés deportivos. A gran velocidad puede sobrevirar, colear o abrirse en las curvas. Frena con lentitud y presenta una resistencia media, capaz de aguantar varios choques frontales antes de quedar inutilizado.
