Sniper Rifle, это винтовка продольно-скользящего действия из класса Sniper rifles, выпускаемая Shrewsbury. В Grand Theft Auto V и Grand Theft Auto Online её дизайн основан на Accuracy International Arctic Warfare, прежде всего на варианте AW-F со складным прикладом. Сверху и сбоку установлены планки Picatinny, магазин вмещает десять патронов. Урон и дальность высоки, а темп стрельбы низок.
Trevor получает Sniper Rifle бесплатно в одной из ранних миссий. Ещё одну бесплатную винтовку можно найти рядом с одним из телескопов в Galileo Observatory. На оружие устанавливаются Suppressor и улучшенный Scope, а кратность определяется поставленным прицелом. Также доступны Black Tint, Army Tint и LSPD Tint.
Винтовка предназначена для дальних выстрелов, а Suppressor позволяет скрытно поражать цели на расстоянии. Из-за продольно-скользящего затвора она медленнее скорострельных винтовок в быстрой перестрелке и перезаряжается в похожем темпе. Попадание в тело наносит тяжёлый урон, но броня лучше защищает противников, а для уничтожения автомобиля нужно много выстрелов. Точно выстроенный выстрел способен пройти через близко расположенные цели и устранить несколько сразу.
