Elwood O'Neil

Elwood O'Neil leads the O'Neil Brothers, a family of meth dealers based at their ranch in Grapeseed, Blaine County. The brothers compete with Trevor Philips in the drug trade. When the Los Santos Triads choose the O'Neils over Trevor for their Blaine County business, Trevor learns that the agreement has gone to his rivals. On his way to the ranch, Trevor receives a call from Elwood, who proposes discussing the arrangement there. Trevor rejects him and makes clear that he is coming to attack.

Elwood warns the other O'Neils that Trevor is on his way and tells them to defend the meth lab. He leaves the ranch with Walton and Wynn to meet the Triads, while Trevor reaches the property alone. Trevor kills the brothers who remain, then burns down the house and destroys the lab. Elwood, Walton and Wynn later return to find their home in ruins and their family dead. Elwood calls Trevor and threatens him, but Trevor gives him his Los Santos location and dares the survivors to come after him.

Elwood drives Walton and Wynn to Los Santos in his Dubsta, intending to attack Trevor's safehouse with rockets. They find that Trevor has already gone back to Sandy Shores, so they head north again. Franklin Clinton tails them for Trevor. After an elk causes the Dubsta to crash near Raton Canyon, the three brothers flee into the forest. Michael De Santa shoots Walton and Wynn from Trevor's helicopter. Elwood fires rockets at the aircraft, then tries to escape on foot. Chop finds him, and Franklin kills him.
