Player notes

Outside Premium Deluxe Motorsport in Pillbox Hill, Simeon Yetarian tries to close a sale with Mr. Kenneth before sending Franklin Clinton on another repossession job. Jimmy De Santa has fallen behind on payments for a yellow Karin BeeJay XL, and Simeon wants it recovered from the De Santa Residence in Rockford Hills. Franklin heads out as Simeon remains at the dealership. On the way, Simeon calls to complain that Franklin and Lamar kept the Bagger from their last job, then tells Franklin that the garage is locked and the house is the way in.

At the De Santa Residence, Franklin gets over the gate and silently puts down the gardener. He reaches an open upstairs window by climbing from a vehicle onto the roof, then enters the house. Franklin slips past Tracey, Amanda and Amanda's tennis coach without alerting the family. Downstairs, he reaches the garage, takes the BeeJay XL and calls Simeon to report that the vehicle is on its way back to Premium Deluxe Motorsport.

While Franklin drives through Los Santos, Michael De Santa rises from the SUV's back seat and presses a gun to his head. Michael demands to know who sent him and learns that the car is supposedly being repossessed over missed payments, despite being recently bought. He makes Franklin continue to the dealership. Across from Premium Deluxe Motorsport, Michael orders Franklin to drive the BeeJay XL through the showroom window. Franklin crashes into the building, leaving Simeon stunned among the wrecked cars.

Michael gives Franklin cash and tells him to go. Control shifts to Michael as he confronts Simeon inside the damaged dealership. Michael attacks the dealer, then warns him to stay away from his son and not cross him again. Simeon is left beaten at Premium Deluxe Motorsport in Pillbox Hill.

Trivia

  • โ—†The gold medal objective "Can't Touch This" is likely a reference to the MC Hammer song "U Can't Touch This".
  • โ—†If the mission is started during the day, the Premier that Mr. Kenneth is attempting to purchase will be red. However, if it is started at night, the car will be yellow once the timelapse is finished.
  • โ—†If Franklin enters the dealership and looks inside Simeon's office at the beginning of the mission, one will discover that Simeon already replaced Franklin's Employee of the Month plaque with one dedicated to himself.
  • โ—†During the mission, two Tailgaters (one gray and one white) can be found parked outside the dealership. Franklin can choose one of them to drive to Michael's house, and Michael can use one of them once the mission is complete.
  • โ—†If Franklin ignores Simeon's phone call on the way to Michael's house, he will send Franklin a text message mentioning the locked garage and his suspicions of Franklin keeping the motorbike.
  • โ—†During the confrontation with Simeon, Michael will claim that the latter sold the BeeJay XL to Jimmy for $5,000 a month. In GTA Online, the SUV could originally be bought from Southern San Andreas Super Autos for $27,000 flat before it was removed from the in-game website in the San Andreas Mercenaries update.
  • โ—†At the end of the cutscene with Michael beating up Simeon, Michael throws Simeon onto the floor. However, Simeon disappears after the cutscene is finished.
  • โ—†Using stealth, it's possible to explore the mansion without being spotted. Aside from Amanda flirting with her tennis coach in the kitchen, Jimmy can be observed in his room playing video games, and Tracey will be lying on her bed, talking on the phone with her friend Lara (but her back will be conveniently facing the door). Jimmy is so distracted by the game, it's actually possible for Franklin to stand in the doorway and not be noticed.
  • โ—†Approaching any resident of Michael's house will result in a unique mission fail cutscene.
  • โ—†After the phone call to Simeon once the player enters the SUV is finished, Franklin will be unable to use his cell phone until the mission is complete.
  • โ—†If the player damages Jimmy's car before entering it, Michael will stand up immediately when Franklin enters the car. This will skip a phone call between Franklin and Simeon and change Michael's quote from "You just keep driving where you're going." to "Take me where you were going."
  • โ—†This will also happen if Franklin tries to exit the car before making the phone call.
  • โ—†When getting back to the dealership while Michael holds Franklin at gunpoint, first-person mode is disabled as Franklin is forced to look forward. If the player enters the SUV while first-person mode is active, the camera will automatically switch to third-person mode when Michael points his pistol at Franklin's head. First-person view will be restored during the fistfight with Simeon.
  • โ—†If the player drives too far from the dealership or goes a different way to the way Michael wants Franklin to go, he will knock Franklin out by hitting his right temple with his pistol and the mission will fail.
  • โ—†When the player crashes into Simeon's dealership, the BeeJay XL they are driving has a noticeably more aggressive engine tone. This is due to a unique sound effect played over the scene.
  • โ—†During Franklin's phone call to Lamar upon completion of the mission, a topless black Mesa can be found parked behind him. It can be taken afterwards.
  • โ—†In the beta version, Franklin was going to climb the vines to get into Michael's house.
