Simeon Yetarian is an Armenian automotive dealer who runs Premium Deluxe Motorsport in Los Santos. Voiced by Demosthenes Chrysan, he builds his business around predatory credit arrangements, selling vehicles to customers who cannot meet the payments and then having them recovered. Franklin Clinton and Lamar Davis work as his repossession men, alongside Hao and other associates. Simeon treats the work as a sales operation, praising employees when it suits him and shifting the cost of damaged vehicles onto them.

Simeon enters Grand Theft Auto V at his dealership while selling a car to Jimmy De Santa. He names Franklin Employee of the Month before sending Franklin and Lamar to recover a motorcycle in Vagos territory. Lamar keeps the bike after the confrontation, and Simeon blames Franklin for its disappearance. He next orders Franklin to take back Jimmy's yellow SUV, unaware that Michael De Santa is waiting inside it.

Michael holds Franklin at gunpoint and makes him drive the SUV through the showroom window of Premium Deluxe Motorsport. He accuses Simeon of credit fraud, pays Franklin for the damage, and attacks the dealer. Simeon dismisses Franklin and Lamar. Later, Michael or Franklin can enter the dealership, where Simeon has his guards attack them. He flees or hides in his office while the guards are killed, and the story leaves him alive.

Simeon continues to issue repossession and vehicle-delivery work to the GTA Online Protagonist, including export requests and Premium Deluxe Repo Work. During After Hours, he is found cowering in his office when a Business Battle reaches his showroom. He later offers further jobs during Arena War and praises the protagonist for delivering vehicles. In The Contract, Lamar Davis asks Franklin about Simeon, and Franklin angrily dismisses any interest in his former employer.

Trivia

◆According to the Rush Casting Call, Simeon's beta name was Harut Vartanyan.
◆Upon investigating Simeon's office during the random event, it can be seen that Simeon replaced Franklin's Employee of the Month plaque with a plaque dedicated to himself. This can also be seen in Complications.
◆It is very likely that Simeon has connections to the Armenian Mob, especially since the random event involving him at his shop features two guards that are possibly Armenian mobsters and match character models found at Rogers Salvage and Scrap. The mobsters are seen again defending Simeon's business in the GTA Online mission Repo - Burn Rate.
◆His favorite radio station appears to be The Lowdown 91.1, as it is heard playing in his shop.
◆Sometimes after completing the mission Friend Request, the Premium Deluxe Motorsport will be open, but Simeon will not be there to start his random event. If this happens, complete one more mission and go back there and the random event should be triggered.
◆Simeon once went on a date with a woman named Barbara Watkins, and though he enjoyed it, Barbara presumably did not, as she sends him a message on Lifeinvader telling him to stop texting her, and that she never wants to see him again.
◆Simeon is evidently chauvinistic, as shown in GTA Online where, if the player character is female, he will say that "liberation has done much for her gender", while claiming that she is the daughter he never wanted.
◆When using Quick GPS to navigate to a Simeon mission as Franklin, the waypoint will be referred to as "Armenian", which is the internal prefix for Simeon's missions.
◆Simeon's surname, "Yetarian", does not appear to be a widely documented real-world surname and seems to be derived from the Armenian surnames "Yetaryan" and "Yeterian".
