Trevor Philips approaches a gated mansion on West Eclipse Boulevard in Rockford Hills, where Josh Bernstein is coming out through the gate. Josh tries to sell him the property before admitting that it is no longer his to sell. The house has gone into foreclosure. Once a successful real estate agent, Josh says his former best friend, Lenny Avery, has taken away his clients.
Josh asks Trevor to get even with Lenny by destroying the "For Sale" signs outside Lenny's properties across Los Santos. In return, he promises to introduce Trevor to a woman. Trevor leaves the mansion, and Josh sends him a text message containing a link to Lenny's website. The site identifies fifteen properties whose signs Josh wants removed.
Trevor travels around Los Santos and tears down all fifteen of Lenny Avery's "For Sale" signs. When the last sign is destroyed, Josh contacts him again by text. He tells Trevor to meet him at the Bilingsgate Motel.
Trivia
- โAfter the initial cutscene, its possible to enter the house and follow Josh. He will just go to the back of the mansion and stand there, saying to Trevor go find the signs. It's possible to kill him, but you're unable to shoot, he'll die in an explosion.
