The Civil Border Patrol

At the Harmony Fuel Depot on Joshua Road, Trevor finds Joe and Josef inspecting an abandoned Surfer. Josef confronts him in Russian and demands his passport, leaving Trevor baffled until Joe intervenes. Joe identifies the pair as the Civil Border Patrol, private citizens who claim to protect America from illegal immigrants. Seeing Trevor as a kindred patriot, Joe invites him to join their patrol, and Trevor agrees.

Trevor gets into Joe's Park Ranger with Joe and Josef. They drive through the Grand Senora Desert to the Yellow Jack Inn, where Joe believes their suspects are hiding. Trevor goes inside the bar to look for them, but finds nobody. When he comes back outside, a pair of mariachi musicians are pulling away from the inn in a Mariachi Tornado.

Trevor returns to the Park Ranger and pursues the Mariachi Tornado across the desert. The Tornado eventually comes to a stop, forcing the musicians out. Trevor uses the stun gun to subdue the mariachi without killing or injuring them. Joe and Josef take custody of the pair and thank Trevor for assisting the Civil Border Patrol.
