Boxville (utility)

The Brute Boxville (utility) is a utility multi-stop truck in the Vans class, built to carry six people. It appears in Los Santos Department of Sanitation and Los Santos Department of Water & Power liveries, with roof piping, traffic cones on its front bumper and amber warning beacons at each corner of the roof. Its horn activates the beacons, causing surrounding traffic to give way. It also carries a CB radio, whose trucker broadcasts can be heard while Trevor is in Blaine County.

In Grand Theft Auto V, the utility Boxville is not found in ordinary traffic or parked at random. It can appear around the Port of Los Santos, leave facilities belonging to its utility companies, or be found northeast of the Cypress Flats Ammu-Nation beside an electrical station on the east side of the Los Santos River. One also passes through scripted traffic on the La Puerta Freeway during Father/Son.

The utility version shares the standard Boxville's handling and performance. In Grand Theft Auto Online, Warstock Cache & Carry sells it for $398,000, or $298,500 after Casino Heist - The Big Con has been completed as a Maintenance Worker, and delivers it as a Pegasus vehicle. An LSDWP Boxville carrying hazardous chemicals is taken during Heist Prep: Maintenance Gear Part 2, then used as the Maintenance disguise vehicle in Casino Heist - The Big Con.
