Player notes
John Marston approaches Bonnie MacFarlane's house at MacFarlane's Ranch after dealing with the obstacles on her land. Bonnie asks him to drive her into Armadillo, and John takes the reins of the ranch wagon. With Bonnie beside him, he guides the horses along the road across New Austin toward town.
The ride gives John and Bonnie time to talk as the wagon makes its way through the open country. John keeps the team moving and brings the wagon safely into Armadillo, where Bonnie has business to attend to. She gives him money for medicine and sends him to the doctor's office.
John buys the medicine from the doctor in Armadillo. Bonnie leaves to return to MacFarlane's Ranch, suggesting that John can take a stagecoach if he wants an easy journey back. John remains in Armadillo as the errand ends.

- โJohn's line in this mission "I just know there are two theories to arguing with women and neither one of them works" is also said by Dutch van der Linde during a camp event in Red Dead Redemption 2, implying it was one of Dutch's go-to sayings that John adopted.
