Player notes
The Legendary Giaguaro Panther is a legendary Panthera onca in Red Dead Redemption 2. It has short maroon fur marked in black and a body covered with scars. A carnivore, it hunts deer, goats and wild boars. It is found in Lemoyne, in the southern part of Scarlett Meadows, southeast of Bolger Glade and close to the coast.
Giaguaro only appears after Master Hunter Rank 9. It is harder to spot, track and kill than the other Legendary Animals because it keeps to dense vegetation rather than waiting in the open. It actively follows and attacks its target, and can kill with a single strike. Its attack behaviour matches that of ordinary panthers and cougars.
Killing the animal completes Master Hunter Rank 10 and yields the Legendary Panther Pelt, Big Game Meat, the Legendary Panther Eye and the Legendary Panther Carcass. Its materials can be used for the Panther's Eye Trinket, the Legendary Panther Cloak and the Legendary Panther Range Gloves.
