The Legendary Lake Sturgeon is a legendary fish in Red Dead Redemption 2, based on Acipenser fulvescens. It is a rare Lake Sturgeon distinguished from ordinary catches by its legendary status and its large size.
It lives in Lemoyne, in the waters of Bayou Nwa at the south-western edge of Saint Denis. The fish is found south of the railroad bridge southwest of the city, and is most often reported during overcast weather.
The Legendary Lake Sturgeon responds only to a Special River Lure. Like other large fish, it can be released when caught from a canoe or taken back to shore, although the return trip from this location can leave the fisherman on one of the small islands.
