The Legendary Perch is a rare Legendary Fish in Red Dead Redemption 2, identified as Perca fluviatilis. It is one of the game's thirteen Legendary Fish and can be caught independently or during the Stranger mission "A Fisher of Fish." Its estimated size is about nineteen inches, and it weighs more than two pounds.
It lives in Elysian Pool, in the Roanoke Ridge area of New Hanover, southwest of Annesburg. The fish is associated with the waters of Elysian Pool rather than a shop or reward source. Local fishermen report that it is more active when the weather is sunny.
A Special Lake Lure is used to draw the Legendary Perch out. Like the other Legendary Fish, it is treated as a distinct catch rather than an ordinary fish of its type. Catching it can count toward the fish sought during "A Fisher of Fish."

- ◆To catch this fish, the best spot is to the east of the waterfall, during a sunny day.
- ◆Unlike other fish, visually the Legendary Perch appears to be afflicted or diseased, much like the mangy animals surrounding the area. This is likely a result of its contaminated habitat.
