Arnold Dunn es un empleado estadounidense que dirige el Saints Hotel de Valentine, New Hanover. Entre sus familiares se encuentran Eugene, Thomas, Marry, Lucy y Bridget Dunn. En 1899 lleva camisa blanca, chaleco azul, chaqueta marrón y pantalones oscuros, además de bigote castaño y el pelo peinado con raya al medio. Recibe a los huéspedes del hotel con amabilidad.
Cuando la banda de Van der Linde llega a Valentine, Arthur Morgan entra en el Saints Hotel durante "Polite Society, Valentine Style" en busca de Karen. Dunn también está presente en "Americans at Rest", desde donde presencia la pelea entre Arthur y Tommy en el hotel. Más adelante, en "Sodom? Back to Gomorrah", Arthur, Karen, Bill Williamson y Lenny Summers toman como rehenes a Dunn y Ben Calloway durante el atraco al Valentine Savings Bank.
Dunn sigue en el Saints Hotel después de que la banda abandona Valentine. En 1907 todavía dirige el establecimiento. Parece algo mayor, lleva más largo el pelo con raya al medio y luce un bigote más grande. Su anterior chaleco azul ha sido reemplazado por uno rojo.

- ◆Sometimes in Red Dead Online there can be two Arnold Dunns, one of them will be on the outside sweeping the floor, while the other one will be inside, behind the desk. Rarely, up to four Dunns can be seen.
- ◆During a random encounter the player can rob a room of the hotel. However, Dunn will be absent and a woman will be welcoming the customers.
- ◆He appears to share the same character head with the male that gets extorted during the random encounter with the O'Driscolls in Valentine.
