Arnold Dunn est un employé américain qui dirige le Saints Hotel à Valentine, New Hanover. Il a des proches nommés Eugene, Thomas, Marry, Lucy et Bridget Dunn. En 1899, il porte une chemise blanche sous un gilet bleu et une veste marron, avec un pantalon sombre, une moustache brune et les cheveux séparés par une raie au milieu. Il accueille les clients de l'hôtel avec amabilité.
Lorsque le gang de Van der Linde arrive à Valentine, Arthur Morgan entre dans le Saints Hotel pendant "Polite Society, Valentine Style" en cherchant Karen. Dunn est également présent lorsqu'Arthur se bat contre Tommy dans "Americans at Rest", observant la bagarre à l'hôtel. Plus tard, pendant "Sodom? Back to Gomorrah", Arthur, Karen, Bill Williamson et Lenny Summers prennent Dunn et Ben Calloway en otage pendant qu'ils braquent la Valentine Savings Bank.
Dunn reste au Saints Hotel après le départ du gang de Valentine. En 1907, il dirige toujours l'établissement. Il paraît plus âgé, ses cheveux séparés par une raie au milieu ont poussé et sa moustache est plus fournie. Il a troqué son ancien gilet bleu contre un rouge.

- ◆Sometimes in Red Dead Online there can be two Arnold Dunns, one of them will be on the outside sweeping the floor, while the other one will be inside, behind the desk. Rarely, up to four Dunns can be seen.
- ◆During a random encounter the player can rob a room of the hotel. However, Dunn will be absent and a woman will be welcoming the customers.
- ◆He appears to share the same character head with the male that gets extorted during the random encounter with the O'Driscolls in Valentine.
- ◆Dunn is played by Jack Pattillo, co-founder and member of the gaming channel Achievement Hunter.
