Arnold Dunn è un impiegato americano che gestisce il Saints Hotel a Valentine, New Hanover. Ha parenti di nome Eugene, Thomas, Marry, Lucy e Bridget Dunn. Nel 1899 indossa una camicia bianca sotto un gilet blu e una giacca marrone, con pantaloni scuri, baffi marroni e capelli divisi da una riga al centro. Accoglie cordialmente gli ospiti dell'hotel.
Quando la banda di Van der Linde arriva a Valentine, Arthur Morgan entra nel Saints Hotel durante "Polite Society, Valentine Style" alla ricerca di Karen. Dunn è presente anche quando Arthur combatte contro Tommy in "Americans at Rest", assistendo alla rissa nell'hotel. In seguito, durante "Sodom? Back to Gomorrah", Arthur, Karen, Bill Williamson e Lenny Summers prendono Dunn e Ben Calloway in ostaggio mentre rapinano la Valentine Savings Bank.
