Arnold Dunn é um balconista americano que administra o Saints Hotel em Valentine, New Hanover. Entre seus parentes estão Eugene, Thomas, Marry, Lucy e Bridget Dunn. Em 1899, usa camisa branca, colete azul, casaco marrom e calças escuras, além de bigode marrom e cabelo repartido ao meio. Ele recebe os hóspedes do hotel com simpatia.
Quando a gangue Van der Linde chega a Valentine, Arthur Morgan entra no Saints Hotel em "Polite Society, Valentine Style" procurando Karen. Dunn também está no local durante "Americans at Rest", observando a briga entre Arthur e Tommy no hotel. Mais tarde, em "Sodom? Back to Gomorrah", Arthur, Karen, Bill Williamson e Lenny Summers fazem Dunn e Ben Calloway de reféns durante o assalto ao Valentine Savings Bank.
Dunn continua no Saints Hotel depois que a gangue parte de Valentine. Em 1907, ele ainda administra o estabelecimento. Parece mais velho, com o cabelo repartido ao meio mais comprido e um bigode maior. Seu antigo colete azul foi substituído por um vermelho.

- ◆During a random encounter the player can rob a room of the hotel. However, Dunn will be absent and a woman will be welcoming the customers.
- ◆He appears to share the same character head with the male that gets extorted during the random encounter with the O'Driscolls in Valentine.
