À Floyd's Apartment, à Vespucci Beach, Trevor trouve Floyd en train de se disputer avec Wade au sujet de la pression que Trevor a exercée sur sa relation avec Debra. Trevor balaie les objections de Floyd et exige de travailler aux docks. Les trois se changent en tenue de docker et partent à bord du Bodhi de Trevor en direction de Pier 400. Pendant le trajet, Trevor pousse Floyd à lui donner des détails sur les marchandises traitées au Port of Los Santos. Floyd mentionne un cargo gardé par Merryweather Security, dont les dockers n'ont pas le droit de s'approcher. Trevor décide de l'inspecter.
Trevor se gare près du dispatch et suit Floyd à travers le port. Un superviseur emmène Wade pour s'occuper d'une fuite d'eaux usées, laissant Trevor et Floyd près du navire de Merryweather. Un garde les charge de déplacer des conteneurs, Trevor prend donc les commandes d'un Dock Handler et transfère deux conteneurs marqués vers la zone de chargement pendant que Floyd l'aide. Trevor grimpe ensuite dans une grue à conteneurs pour observer le navire, mais un autre contremaître lui ordonne de charger des conteneurs sur les camions qui attendent. Il pose deux conteneurs sur les transporteurs avant de s'aventurer sur la passerelle de la grue.
Depuis la passerelle, Trevor utilise son téléphone pour photographier la proue du cargo, un garde près de sa passerelle d'embarquement et sa poupe. Il envoie les images à Ron, puis redescend auprès de Floyd et prend un camion vers la zone d'accostage du Los Santos Naval Port. Trevor prétend effectuer une livraison, mais des gardes de Merryweather encerclent le véhicule. Floyd tente de le défendre et se fait tabasser. Tandis que les gardes se concentrent sur Floyd, Trevor se glisse dans leur bureau, prend une mallette contenant le manifeste de cargaison et s'échappe de la zone restreinte.
Trevor retourne seul à Floyd's Apartment, où Wade est assis sur le canapé, couvert de déchets industriels. Ron indique que la cargaison du navire ne figure dans aucun registre. Trevor examine le manifeste et y trouve des références à deux appareils, dont l'un se trouve au large. Il envisage de prendre l'appareil du cargo ou de poursuivre celui qui est en mer. Floyd revient et s'oppose au plan, mais Trevor l'ignore et fait nettoyer Wade par Floyd.

Anecdotes
- ◆In the beta, the player originally had to move crates with a forklift racing Floyd, similarly to the mission Robbing Uncle Sam from GTA San Andreas.
- ◆Merryweather presence on the Port of Los Santos was first mentioned in an internet news article from Weazel News after the mission Nervous Ron. The article mentions that Don Percival has been lobbying for a contract that allows Merryweather to work on the port, but they deny that they are working there yet.
- ◆If the player kills the Merryweather guards attacking Floyd, Floyd will continue to writhe around and grunt as if he was still being attacked.
- ◆The rifle that one of the soldiers attacking Floyd is carrying has no magazine in it.
- ◆During the opening cutscene when Trevor is showing Floyd his penis, his genitals can briefly be seen when he drops his pants and pulls them up later, making him the only protagonist in the series whose genitals can be seen, albeit briefly.
- ◆In the Japanese version of the game, Trevor does not expose himself to Floyd.
- ◆After the mission ends, if the player approaches the bathroom in Floyd's apartment, they can hear Floyd giving Wade a bath.
- ◆Sometimes, if the player saves the game by sleeping on the bed right after the mission is passed, once Trevor wakes up, Wade can be seen standing outside of the bathroom already cleaned up, even if the conversation between him and Floyd as if the latter was bathing the former can still be heard.
- ◆After arriving at Pier 400, and before the objective "Follow Floyd" appears, the player can enter a Biff that is parked nearby. Staying in it for too long, spooking dock workers with it, or hitting dock workers will fail the mission.
- ◆Furthermore, the player can use it to push Floyd around and they will see that he cannot be knocked over even if he is pressed against a wall or hit at high speed.
- ◆If the player gets a wanted level after leaving the restricted area, the GPS point will disappear, but the player can still go to Floyd's apartment and complete the mission.
- ◆Hitting the dock workers with the containers will not fail the mission. This is most likely an oversight.
- ◆On the PlayStation versions, the player cannot get up to the forklift when pressing ; has to be used instead.
