En el Apartamento de Floyd, en Vespucci Beach, Trevor encuentra a Floyd discutiendo con Wade por los problemas que Trevor ha causado entre él y Debra. Trevor desoye las quejas de Floyd y le exige trabajo en los muelles. Los tres se ponen ropa de estibadores y parten en el Bodhi de Trevor hacia Pier 400. Durante el trayecto, Trevor interroga a Floyd sobre la carga que pasa por el Port of Los Santos. Floyd menciona un carguero custodiado por Merryweather Security, al que los empleados del puerto no pueden acercarse. Trevor decide inspeccionarlo.
Trevor aparca junto a despacho y sigue a Floyd por el puerto. Un supervisor se lleva a Wade para atender un vertido de aguas residuales, dejando a Trevor y Floyd cerca del barco de Merryweather. Un guardia les ordena mover contenedores, así que Trevor maneja un Dock Handler y lleva dos contenedores marcados a la zona de carga mientras Floyd ayuda. Después sube a una grúa de contenedores para ver el buque, pero otro capataz le manda cargar contenedores en camiones. Trevor coloca dos contenedores sobre los remolques y avanza por la pasarela de la grúa.
Desde la pasarela, Trevor fotografía con el teléfono la proa del carguero, a un guardia junto a la pasarela de acceso y la popa. Envía las fotos a Ron, baja hasta donde está Floyd y toma un camión hacia la zona de atraque del Los Santos Naval Port. Trevor finge llevar una entrega, pero los guardias de Merryweather rodean el vehículo. Floyd intenta defenderlo y recibe una paliza. Mientras los guardias se ocupan de Floyd, Trevor entra en su oficina, roba un maletín con el manifiesto de carga y sale de la zona restringida.
Trevor regresa solo al Apartamento de Floyd, donde Wade está sentado en el sofá cubierto de residuos industriales. Ron le comunica que la carga del buque no figura en los registros. Trevor revisa el manifiesto y descubre referencias a dos dispositivos, uno de ellos mar adentro. Considera sacar el dispositivo del carguero o buscar el otro en el mar. Floyd vuelve y rechaza el plan, pero Trevor no le hace caso y obliga a Floyd a bañar a Wade.

Curiosidades
- ◆In the beta, the player originally had to move crates with a forklift racing Floyd, similarly to the mission Robbing Uncle Sam from GTA San Andreas.
- ◆Merryweather presence on the Port of Los Santos was first mentioned in an internet news article from Weazel News after the mission Nervous Ron. The article mentions that Don Percival has been lobbying for a contract that allows Merryweather to work on the port, but they deny that they are working there yet.
- ◆If the player kills the Merryweather guards attacking Floyd, Floyd will continue to writhe around and grunt as if he was still being attacked.
- ◆The rifle that one of the soldiers attacking Floyd is carrying has no magazine in it.
- ◆During the opening cutscene when Trevor is showing Floyd his penis, his genitals can briefly be seen when he drops his pants and pulls them up later, making him the only protagonist in the series whose genitals can be seen, albeit briefly.
- ◆In the Japanese version of the game, Trevor does not expose himself to Floyd.
- ◆After the mission ends, if the player approaches the bathroom in Floyd's apartment, they can hear Floyd giving Wade a bath.
- ◆Sometimes, if the player saves the game by sleeping on the bed right after the mission is passed, once Trevor wakes up, Wade can be seen standing outside of the bathroom already cleaned up, even if the conversation between him and Floyd as if the latter was bathing the former can still be heard.
- ◆After arriving at Pier 400, and before the objective "Follow Floyd" appears, the player can enter a Biff that is parked nearby. Staying in it for too long, spooking dock workers with it, or hitting dock workers will fail the mission.
- ◆Furthermore, the player can use it to push Floyd around and they will see that he cannot be knocked over even if he is pressed against a wall or hit at high speed.
- ◆If the player gets a wanted level after leaving the restricted area, the GPS point will disappear, but the player can still go to Floyd's apartment and complete the mission.
- ◆Hitting the dock workers with the containers will not fail the mission. This is most likely an oversight.
- ◆On the PlayStation versions, the player cannot get up to the forklift when pressing ; has to be used instead.
