W Grand Theft Auto V oraz Grand Theft Auto Online zachowuje nowoczesną, kompaktową sylwetkę z Grand Theft Auto IV, lecz ma gładsze nadwozie. Zmieniony przedni grill ma trzy otwory, a w wersji enhanced samochód korzysta z wnętrza i zestawu wskaźników Staniera oraz Taxi.
Premier jest sprzedawany przez Southern San Andreas Super Autos za $10,000. Opis sklepu podaje, że samochód był popularniejszy w Kanadzie niż w Stanach Zjednoczonych. Declasse zakończyło jego produkcję w 2010 roku, po sześciu latach sprzedaży. Występuje tylko w jednolitych lakierach i zachowuje sześcioszprychowe felgi.
Jako sedan Premier jest kompaktowym, czterodrzwiowym autem pasażerskim do zwykłej jazdy po drogach. Nadwozie ma szerokie zderzaki, zaokrąglone oprawy świateł i oszczędne detale zewnętrzne znane z poprzednika z GTA IV, ale na panelach widać mniej wyraźnych przetłoczeń. - ◆Coincidentally, the car shares its name with the Premier, which was a full-size four-door sedan produced in Australia by General Motors subsidiary Holden from the 1960s to 1980. It was the slightly higher spec version of the Holden Kingswood. However, due to the in-game Premier being based on the Chevrolet Caprice (3D Universe) and Cobalt (HD Universe), it has no connection to the real world vehicle at all.
- ◆It also shares its name with the Eagle Premier, a full-size executive sedan sold in the United States in the late 1980's; though it also shares little in common with the in-game renditions.
