El Declasse Premier es un sedán de cuatro puertas con capacidad para cuatro ocupantes. En Grand Theft Auto V y Grand Theft Auto Online conserva la silueta compacta y moderna de Grand Theft Auto IV, aunque con una carrocería más suave. Su parrilla delantera revisada tiene tres aberturas, y la versión enhanced emplea el interior y los indicadores del Stanier y el Taxi.
El Premier se vende en Southern San Andreas Super Autos por $10,000. La descripción de la tienda señala que fue más popular en Canadá que en Estados Unidos. Declasse dejó de fabricarlo en 2010, tras seis años a la venta. Solo aparece con pintura de un color y mantiene las llantas de seis radios del modelo.
Como sedán, el Premier ofrece un coche compacto de cuatro puertas para el uso corriente en carretera. Su carrocería conserva los amplios parachoques, los grupos ópticos redondeados y el exterior sobrio de su antecesor de GTA IV, con menos líneas marcadas en los paneles. El habitáculo lleva al conductor y a tres pasajeros.
Curiosidades
- ◆Coincidentally, the car shares its name with the Premier, which was a full-size four-door sedan produced in Australia by General Motors subsidiary Holden from the 1960s to 1980. It was the slightly higher spec version of the Holden Kingswood. However, due to the in-game Premier being based on the Chevrolet Caprice (3D Universe) and Cobalt (HD Universe), it has no connection to the real world vehicle at all.
- ◆It also shares its name with the Eagle Premier, a full-size executive sedan sold in the United States in the late 1980's; though it also shares little in common with the in-game renditions.

- ◆The "PRM" shield badge on the vehicle's rear portion resembles the of the 5th generation Pontiac GTO.
